Directions For Use

Adults: Add 10g, approximately two level 5ml medicinal measuring spoons, to a glass of at least 250ml of cool water. An additional glass of water is helpful. 
For new users it is recommended that you begin with one dose every day, gradually increasing to up to two doses per day if required.
